Mention log context at BC policy#21087

Hi,

Im wondering if we could mention PSR log context array keys AND values, in Symfony's BC policy: https://symfony.com/doc/current/contributing/code/bc.html

In effort to not break upstream log filters.

Generally we should not change them. Im not sure how to enforce it, but i hope it can be normalized at the review level.
