After you order your Google Fi phone or SIM kit order, you can track the order status in the Google Store.
Use a tracking number
- Find the order you want to track.
- If you see multiple orders, to get the details, select View order.
- Find the shipment you want to track.
- Click Track shipment.
How to find tracking number
- Open the email account you used to place your order.
- Search for an email from the Google Store that says, “Shipping Confirmation.”
- If you ordered more than once, find the email for the one you want to track.
- Follow the instructions in the email.
Sometimes, you can’t track some kind of packages in certain places. If your email doesn’t have tracking links, you can’t track your order.
Estimate when your order arrives
If you don’t have a tracking number, you can find the date your order is expected to arrive in your Google Store order details.
- Find the order with the shipment or shipments you want to track.
- Look for the shipment you want to track.
- To the far right, under "Delivery," check the estimated delivery date.
Missing tracking information on shipping website
If the shipping website can’t find your tracking, try again in a few hours. Sometimes, it takes up to 24 hours for the shipping company to add your tracking information.
About signature requirements
You might need to sign your name when your package is delivered. This helps make sure your shipment doesn’t get lost or stolen.
The delivery carrier usually tries to deliver your package 3 times before sending it back.
If you need to sign for your package, you can find this information when you track it. If you can’t sign for your package yourself, here are some things you can do:
- Sign for your package ahead of time with FedEx Delivery Manager (FDM).
- If you miss the delivery and the driver leaves a note, sign and leave it on the door. Then, they can leave your package on their next attempt.
- Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 or use your FDM account to ask them to keep your package at a location so you can pick it up.
