Send Feedback for Pixel Buds

On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to your phone’s Settings Connected devices Pixel Bud's settings .
On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app and select your paired Pixel Buds.
Tap More settings.
Tap Send feedback.
Write a detailed description of your feedback.
In the upper-right corner, tap Send .

If you submit a feedback report, you won’t get a reply. If you need help fixing an issue, please contact us.

When your Pixel Buds are connected:

Long press the Home button.
Tap Headphone Settings.
Tap Send feedback.
Write a detailed description of your feedback.
In the upper-right corner, tap send .

If your Pixel Buds are not connected:

Open the Google app .
Tap More Settings.
Under Google Assistant, tap Settings Assistant.
Under Assistant Devices, tap Pixel Buds.
Tap Send feedback.
Write a detailed description of your feedback.
In the upper-right corner, tap send .
