Send Feedback for Pixel Buds

Feedback is only supported on Android devices.

Note: Please see Google’s Privacy Policy for more information about data you share with Google.

  1.  On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to your phone’s Settings and then Connected devices and then Pixel Bud's settings Settings.
    On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app and select your paired Pixel Buds.
  2. Tap More settings.
  3. Tap Send feedback.
  4. Write a detailed description of your feedback.
  5. In the upper-right corner, tap Send . 

If you submit a feedback report, you won’t get a reply. If you need help fixing an issue, please contact us.

Pixel Buds (2017)

There are two ways to send feedback about Google Pixel Buds

When your Pixel Buds are connected:

  1. Long press the Home button.
  2. Tap Headphone Settings.
  3. Tap Send feedback.
  4. Write a detailed description of your feedback.
  5. In the upper-right corner, tap send .

If your Pixel Buds are not connected:

  1. Open the Google app Google Search.
  2. Tap More More and then Settings.
  3. Under Google Assistant, tap Settings and then Assistant. 
  4. Under Assistant Devices, tap Pixel Buds.
  5. Tap Send feedback.
  6. Write a detailed description of your feedback.
  7. In the upper-right corner, tap send .
