[Enhancement] Add "ignore files in the same folder" to file context menu

SourceGit lets you add files to your gitignore using the context menu. I use this a lot and I noticed that you cannot right click a folder to ignore it but instead have to right click a file inside it to ignore the folder.
It would be cool if the option to ignore the folder could be added to the folder context menu as well.

I think I cannot access the CI results, I might just be doing it wrong though. It's not a problem though, since you do weekly releases.

FYI: While clicking through the CI builds I saw that the windows build actions are marked as deprecated and will soon be replaced (on the 30th of this month if I understand correctly). I thought I'd let you know just in case you were not already aware. Here's more info that was linked as an annotation on the action actions/runner-images#12045
