For #65.

  • Removes all assets from RAD. This includes wURL output, twitter bootstrap design, jquery, etc.
  • Removes url_prefix from configuration. This allows file system browsing of HTML docs and encourages the use of Raddocs as the primary viewer.

Before this can get merged in a deprecation warning for wURL needs to be added and released as 0.9.2.
